Guatemala City, Gutemala (July 3 - 6, 2007)

All the meetings the DITC held with various IOC Members, National Olympic Presidents, and International Sports Federation Presidents, including several meetings with DITC Co-Founder Chair Prince Albert II of MONACO were very positive and very constructive for the future of the DITC.

During the formal hour-long meeting with
Prince Albert II of MONACO, Joël BOUZOU, Secretary General of the UIPM joined us.  Prince Albert committed his name and full support to the DITC for another 5 years.  Prince Albert expressed his interest in returning to Atlanta as soon as possible.  As the Honorary Chairman of the International Modern Pentathlon Federation (UIPM), Prince Albert was very pleased to see that the DITC had won the USOC bid to host the 2007 US National modern Pentathlon Championships, and was further pleased to hear that we were co-bidding to co-host the 2009 Modern Pentathlon World Cup.
